We’re proud to share that Altis has been named one of Canadian HR Reporter’s Leading HR Teams for 2026.

This recognition highlights a small group of teams across the country who are setting the standard for how HR contributes to the business. It looks at how teams align with strategy, embrace technology and AI, use data to inform decisions, and continue to invest in culture, employee experience, and ongoing learning.

As a company that works closely with HR teams every day, supporting hiring, leadership, and organizational growth, the strength of our own HR team matters in a very real way. It shapes how we operate internally, and it influences how we support our clients and candidates through every stage of their own growth.

Over the past year, Altis has continued to evolve as an organization. Throughout it, our HR team played a steady and thoughtful role in helping the business move forward with clarity. They were part of conversations early, working alongside leaders as decisions were being shaped, bringing perspective on people, teams, and long-term impact.  

That presence carried through into how the business operates day to day. There was a clear focus on giving leaders and employees the tools, context, and confidence to navigate decisions in a consistent way. Conversations around performance and development became more grounded. Teams had a stronger understanding of expectations and direction.

At the same time, there was real attention paid to how work feels. The team spent time strengthening the everyday experience—how people connect, how feedback is shared, and how inclusion shows up in practice. They also continued to evolve programs and policies so they reflect the realities of people’s lives and support them through different stages of their careers.  

It’s that combination of perspective and care that makes this recognition so special.
